The construction license was granted by the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority to the buildings of the concrete mixing facility complex to be established in the construction and erection base of Paks II. This is a milestone not only in the life of the construction and assembly base, but also in the construction phase as well, as the complex is indispensable for the construction of the so-called nuclear island base plate.

The seven-building complex includes, among other things, two concrete mixing plants with three 500-ton cement silos, admixture storage silos, loading ramps with a load capacity of 30 tons/vehicle, and other equipments required for concrete production technology.
